A health, wellness and fitness professional since 2005, Drew personally understands the challenges that come from battling a significant health issue. Diagnosed with what he was told was an incurable autoimmune condition in his mid-20s, Drew’s faith led him explore holistic, integrative and natural interventions and lifestyle changes to find a solution. After only a few months of implementing some new-found strategies, Drew’s health dramatically improved!

His experience was so profound that he ended up shifting career paths- from clinical counseling to holistic health and functional fitness. For the last 11+ years Drew has served his health coaching, nutrition coaching and personal training clients by combining a passion for all things health-related with a sincere desire to help all people overcome whatever health challenge stands in their way.

A relentless researcher and writer, Drew published his first book in 2018. His latest book, The Dreiling Health Resource 2nd Edition is a 400+ page compendium of must-have, life-changing health information, now available online through Amazon.

In late 2018 Drew launched his own coaching and training business. Agape Health Solution LLC provides one-on-one and group health coaching and training services to both local and remote clients. And in the summer of 2019 Drew launched Agape Health University, an online platform providing health courses designed to give online learners the information and tools needed to take control of their health.

When does the course start?
The course starts the day you enroll! I want you to be as healthy as possible, and I firmly believe the information contained in this course will -- when applied -- lead to a dramatic improvement in your physical health! Because of that I want you to start right away with Section 1, Lesson 1 on the day you enroll.
What are the individual lessons like?
Most lessons should take between 15-30 minutes to complete. A lesson typically consists an introductory paragraph, an embedded reading (which usually takes 5-15 minutes to read) and a 6-16 question quiz. Sometimes a short “suggested homework assignment” is included at the end of a lesson.
Do I do a lesson every day?
Almost. The lessons are laid out with the goal of completing 1 lesson a day for 6 days in a row, then taking a day off. For example, if you began Lesson 1 on Monday, you’d do a lesson each day that week until Saturday (Lesson 6). Then on Sunday you’d take the day off before starting on Lesson 7 on Monday.
What if I fall behind?
If you fall behind (i.e. forget to do a day’s lesson) you may do 2 lessons the next day in order to get caught up. If you fall numerous lessons behind it’s recommended that you do 2 lessons a day until you’re caught up (I usually discourage people from doing more than 2 lessons a day- the idea here being to encourage education frequency more so than education intensity).
How long is the course?
If you do 6 lessons a week, you should complete the course in about 3 months.
Can I re-do lessons, or even go through the entire course again?
Yes! The goal here isn’t to just complete the lessons and course but to ABSORB the information and put it to good use in your life, in order to optimize your health and stave off disease. If you feel you didn’t quite “get” a lesson you’re free to read through the reading again and even take the lesson quiz again. Even if you finish the course, I think it’s a great idea to periodically go back through the course so that you become more and more familiar with the information needed to gain and maintain optimal health.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
